Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and

  • you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

This applies to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, including downloadable PDF products.
